As a therapist I use various tools that help facilitate individuals realigning with
themselves. Hypnotherapy is a very useful tool as it aids in building new habits,
motivation and giving us a space to bypass our busy minds.

Bach remedies, developed by Dr. Edward Bach, consist of flower essences that harness the healing properties of nature. By harmonising our emotions, Bach remedies contribute to overall mental and physical equilibrium.

Re-regulating the nervous system is a key aspect of holistic well-being. As a therapist, I utilise various techniques to assist individuals in realigning with their true selves, and Hypnotherapy is a valuable modality that can aid in building new habits, enhancing motivation, and creating a space to bypass the noise of our busy minds.

But what exactly is Hypnosis? It is a facilitated and encouraged state of altered awareness, allowing the mind to unwind and make room for something fresh. Through deep breathing exercises and mental concentration, we induce a trance-like state. While under hypnosis, individuals are neither fully awake nor asleep, akin to the state of daydreaming. By bypassing the conscious, thinking mind and accessing the subconscious, we can achieve deep relaxation and facilitate transformation. It is important to note that this process never goes against someone’s personal principles, beliefs, or values.

The process is used to reprogram aspects of the mind, accomplished during the trance state through the skilful use of suggestions, visualization, and affirmations from the therapist. During the initial interview stage, we create a script that defines goals and desired outcomes. We discuss changes, improvements, or modifications to individual behaviour.
